Browsing and hosting
The current site has no analytics, advertising, embedded third-party media or newsletter forms. Ordinary browsing does not require an account. The application does not use visitor tracking cookies; the hosting provider may apply its own security or infrastructure controls.
Hostinger serves the website and may keep access and security logs containing information such as IP addresses, requested pages, times and browser details. These provider-controlled logs are separate from the application’s records. We have not confirmed the exact retention and deletion schedule for every hosting log or provider backup. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy. Contact the site editor with a privacy request; provider-controlled records may require coordination with Hostinger.
Our server fetches draw datasets from the sources named on the Data quality page. Source links take you to those external providers when you choose to open them.
Pool planner and ticket checks
The ordinary share-split calculator runs in your browser. Calculate, Save, download and print do not send that planner record to our server. Save stores a record in this browser’s local storage; Reset removes it. Anyone using the same browser may see a saved record, so use Reset on a shared device.
The separate ticket-list checker sends the selected game and entered ticket numbers to our server to calculate duplicates, distinct tickets, coverage and current-price cost. The optional server calculation-check endpoint sends the amounts and shares supplied in its request. These inputs are not retained by the application; hosting and security logs may still record request information. Leave out names, barcodes, passwords, payment details and other private information.
History tools and saved investigations
Archive selections and filter rules are sent to the server to compute historical results. Saved investigations stay in this browser and can be deleted in the explorer. Share links and copied discussion drafts contain the selected public game, era, date range, rules and data revision. Review them before sharing; do not add private pool or personal information.
Optional AI explanations
Pressing Explain this chart creates a record of the public archive selection, structured public facts and resulting answer. The local model receives those public facts to generate a short explanation. The assembled prompt is not stored. Records become eligible for deletion after 24 hours and are removed by hourly housekeeping; scheduler interruptions can delay removal. The archive and computed explanations work when the AI service is unavailable.
For abuse limits, the application uses minute-based request windows and short-lived counters, with a rotating, salted key derived from the connection address. These counters are separate from hosting logs.
Contact email
Messages sent to contact@officelotterypool.com are handled in the site’s Hostinger mailbox. The site editor uses your email address and message to respond and investigate the issue. Our handling policy is to manually delete ordinary inquiries 30 days after the conversation closes. This is a manual process, not an automatic mailbox rule. Unresolved matters or records that must be kept for security or legal reasons may be retained longer for that purpose.
Moving a message to Trash does not necessarily erase it immediately: Hostinger documents recovery from Trash for up to 30 days. Provider backups and mail-system logs may follow separate schedules; we have not verified their full deletion timelines for this mailbox.
Community and future changes
Community accounts and public registration are not available on the production website. Any future forum, newsletter, contact form, advertising or analytics launch will require its own handling review and an updated notice before use.
